Returns, Exchanges & Replacements Policy

At Calm & Co, every order is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged with love before it leaves our warehouse. As our products are paper-based and handcrafted with great care, please take a moment to read our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item has no folds, tears, stains, writing, or any signs of use.
  • All original packaging and accessories are included.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the item is not in resellable condition, we reserve the right to decline the return or exchange request.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrived damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us through https://www.instagram.com/calm.and.co.eg/ within 48 hours of delivery to help us resolve your request as quickly as possible and please include clear photos of:

  • The product.
  • The product packaging.
  • The shipping box or outer packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, Calm & Co. will gladly provide a replacement or refund, depending on your request.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

For cash on delivery orders: orders that are refused upon delivery without a shipping-related issue may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery on future purchases.
